These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player", or "you") and kita4d (hereinafter "Platform", "Company", "we", or "us"), governing your access to and use of the kita4d online gaming platform, including all associated services, games, and features accessible via the website located at https://kita4d.cam (hereinafter "Website").

4. Account Registration

4.2 Account Security

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

kita4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), and Bank Permata;
• E-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja;
• Other payment methods as may be added from time to time at our discretion.

5.2 Deposit Terms

When making deposits to your kita4d Account:

• Minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000 unless otherwise specified;
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation;
• You may only deposit funds from payment sources registered in your own name;
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension;
• All deposited funds must be from legitimate, non-criminal sources;
• kita4d reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit at our sole discretion;
• No fees are charged by kita4d for deposits, though your payment provider may impose charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

To withdraw funds from your kita4d Account:

• Your Account must be fully verified through KYC procedures;
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified;
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible;
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5 minutes to 24 hours during business hours;
• You must wager any deposited amount at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal eligibility;
• Bonus funds must meet stated wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable;
• kita4d reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals;

6. Bonuses and Promotions

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kita4d and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

8.1 Fraudulent Conduct

• Using stolen credit cards, bank accounts, or e-wallets to fund your Account;
• Providing false identification documents during KYC verification;
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity;
• Engaging in payment fraud, chargebacks, or disputes in bad faith;
• Money laundering or attempting to use kita4d for illegal financial transactions.

8.2 Collusion and Cheating

• Colluding with other Players to gain unfair advantage;
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities;
• Syndicate play or coordinated betting across multiple Accounts;
• Any form of advantage play that violates the spirit of fair recreational gambling.

8.3 Account Abuse

• Creating multiple Accounts to circumvent restrictions or claim bonuses multiple times;
• Allowing third parties to access or use your Account;
• Selling, transferring, or trading your Account to another person;
• Using VPN, proxy, or other tools to hide your true location;
• Abusing customer support channels or engaging in abusive behavior toward staff.

9. Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

kita4d strives to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that our platform will be available at all times. We are not liable for:

• Scheduled or emergency maintenance downtime;
• Technical failures, server issues, or internet connectivity problems;
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, wars, strikes, or government actions;
• Third-party payment processor delays or failures;
• Game provider outages or technical issues.

9.2 Financial Losses

Gambling involves risk, and Players may lose money. By using kita4d, you acknowledge and accept that:

• All wagers are made at your own risk;
• Past results do not guarantee future outcomes;
• kita4d is not responsible for gambling losses or financial consequences resulting from your use of our services;
• You gamble with funds you can afford to lose;

9.3 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kita4d's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you made to your Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by kita4d

kita4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion;
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other Players;
• Use of our services from a prohibited jurisdiction;
• Self-exclusion requests under our Responsible Gaming Policy;
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure:

• All pending wagers will be settled according to normal rules;
• Any remaining Account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after verification;
• Bonus funds and unrealized winnings from active bonuses will be forfeited;
• Closure is typically processed within 3-7 business days;
• You may request permanent self-exclusion to prevent future Account reopening.

10.3 Consequences of Termination

If your Account is terminated by kita4d for Terms violations:

• All wagers may be voided;
• Winnings obtained through fraudulent means will be confiscated;
• Remaining Account balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation;
• You will be permanently banned from creating new Accounts;
• We may report illegal activity to relevant law enforcement authorities.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kita4d holds its primary operating license. Where applicable Indonesian consumer protection laws provide you with greater protection, those provisions shall supersede conflicting terms herein.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between you and kita4d:

3. Alternative Dispute Resolution: If the dispute remains unresolved after 30 days, both parties agree to pursue mediation or arbitration through a mutually agreed-upon third-party dispute resolution service;

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with kita4d on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against kita4d.
